Why should I participate?
This is FarmHouse Fresh's largest nationwide shopping event leading up to Mother's Day, where you can offer a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" sale & we will reimburse you for the free products you give away! The free product should be of equal or lesser value. It's a great way to drive sales and offer something special to your customers.

What do I need to do?
Simply sign up by clicking THIS LINK. Upon enrollment, you will automatically qualify for up to 6 full-size reimbursements for customers who "Buy 2 FHF products, to get 1 free." If you place a reorder between now and April 14, you can qualify for additional free reimbursements based on your reorder amount.
• Reorder $400+ receive 6 additional full-size product reimbursements (up to 12 total)
• Reorder $800+ receive 12 additional full-size product reimbursements (up to 18 total)
• Reorder $1200+ receive 18 additional full-size product reimbursements (up to 24 total)

How long do I have to sign up to be in this program?
Sign up between March 26 - April 14. Click THIS LINK to enroll. We will remind you of the total number of product reimbursements you are eligible by April 14.

The schedule is as follows:

  • March 26 - April 14: Sign up
  • April 15 - May 12: Promote & Sell
  • May 13 - 20: Submit Receipts
  • May 13 - 25: Receive Gift Card Reimbursements

Can I offer this promotion to any of my customers?
Yes, you can! We have pre-designed social media imagery that you can use or share to encourage your guests to come in and shop. Click THIS LINK to view and download.

How will my stock be replenished?
A gift card for the wholesale value of the free items given out will be provided to you to replenish your freebies, at no charge to you!

How are reimbursements tracked?
We will provide a link to a form, where you will upload a dated receipt for each order, and type the name of the products sold and provided free.

You can choose to:
1) Track and Upload receipts as you sell.
2) Wait until the entire promotion is over & run 1 report and upload 1 receipt showing all customer orders.

The form does require you to type in the names of the products purchased and given free, whether you choose to do this as you go, or wait until the end of the promotion is up to you!

Dated receipts are mandatory to receive the wholesale $ reimbursements for items provided. If you are unable to provide a dated receipt or printout from your point of sale software, please do not enroll to participate, as we will not be able to reimburse for the free items you provide. Written receipts are not accepted. Receipts from purchases outside of the promotional dates of April 15 - May 12 will not be reimbursed.

What if I exceed the number of free products I am allotted?
We are only able to replenish your stock up to the specified amount. The social media posts and signage state “only while supplies last” and “limited stock available.” You may also wish to use language like “the first 12 guests to purchase 2 products, get to pick 1 full-size FHF product for free!” How you promote the program is totally up to you. You can make this available to only your VIP guests or all your customers if you would like.

What if I do not use up my allotted amount of free products?
We are only able to replenish your stock up to the amount sold. For instance, if you are allotted 12 free products, but you only have 5 customers take advantage of the Buy 2, get 1 free sale, you will receive 5 product reimbursements for items selected free by your customers.

When will I have my stock replenished?
Your gift card will be provided within 3-5 business days, provided you submit receipts and tracking within the week after the close of the promotional period, May 13 - May 20.
