How do I earn points?
To earn points, you can continue to place wholesale orders on fhfpartners.com. Once you spend $1,000+ within a given quarter, you will earn points on all eligible purchases.

Depending on how much you spend per quarter, you will be placed in one of our three tiers (Bronze Beauty is $1,000+, Silver Star is $2,500+, and Gold Glow-Getter is $5,000+).

Points can only be earned with orders placed on fhfpartners.com

Net 30 accounts will not earn points on orders until the invoice is paid in full.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points for free products here. Point redemption cannot be combined with any other promotions or deals. Shipping charges will apply on all product purchases and redemptions, unless otherwise stated. Points cannot be shared, transferred or otherwise distributed to other guests.

How quickly are my points updated?
Points will be updated within 24-72 hours of purchase.

What are the 2x 3x point days?
Earn double or triple points (depending on the tier you are in) for wholesale purchases made on fhfpartners.com during 2x, 3x points events.

Will my points expire?
Points will expire one year after earning them.

Is my rewards tier permanent?
No. Rewards tiers will reset every quarter, at which time your spending resets to $0. To advance to the next tier, you will need to meet the required spending tier minimums.

What happens to my points if I request a refund?
Points on refunded items are removed from your account.

How do I claim my Employee Incentives?
A gift code will be sent to the primary email associated with your account.  You may then use the gift card code on your Wholesale orders at the checkout process.

Can I return my reward?
Rewards cannot be returned for cash or points.
